Molly McGarvey Carlson
Molly brings a decade of experience in business development, marketing, and large-scale event execution to MCO. As the founder of a successful marketing agency, she has worked with mission-driven organizations across healthcare, defense, and nonprofit sectors—building brands, launching campaigns, and managing complex logistics with ease. With firsthand experience working alongside AV companies for conferences and live events, Molly understands the technical side of flawless execution.
